Serena was super helpful with my remortgage, moving to a buy to let and getting money out the house for me to start a new business it wasn't the easiest of jobs but she got me an offer within a week, at a great rate too! I would recommend Serena, she is always helpful and ready to answer any questions promptly which has put my mind at ease. She makes the mortgage application process very smooth by acquiring all your documentation and info about your circumstances from the start. She is very transparent regarding fees which some mortgage advisors are not forthcoming about so this is helpful for budgeting. Serena guides you through the whole process and is quick to chase up the other parties in the transaction to help move things along. Serena has be amazing throughout the process of getting our mortgage. As first time buyers and me being self employed we had no idea where to start and wouldn’t have known what to do. Serena was there to answer all our questions, was able to help with recommendations for solicitors etc and offer advice not just regarding our mortgage but the whole homebuying process.
